01 Introduction

Welcome to NxToto. These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("User", "you", "your") and NxToto ("NxToto", "we", "us", "our"), the operator of the online betting and live casino platform accessible at nxtoto.cam ("the Platform").

By accessing the Platform, creating an account, making a deposit, placing a wager, or using any service offered through NxToto, you acknowledge that you have read these Terms in their entirety, that you understand them, and that you agree to be bound by them. 02 Definitions

• "Account" — a registered user account on the NxToto Platform.
• "Balance" — the total funds held within your NxToto Account, comprising real-money deposits and any credited bonus amounts separately tracked.
• "Bonus Funds" — promotional credits awarded by NxToto that are subject to wagering requirements before withdrawal.
• "Platform" — the NxToto website, mobile-optimised site, any future mobile application, and all associated services.
• "Real Money Balance" — funds deposited directly by the User, excluding Bonus Funds.
• "Restricted Jurisdiction" — any jurisdiction in which access to online gambling services is prohibited or requires a specific local licence not held by NxToto.
• "Transaction" — any deposit, withdrawal, wager placement, or transfer of funds associated with an Account.
• "Wagering Requirement" — the number of times Bonus Funds must be staked before any associated winnings become eligible for withdrawal.

03 Account Eligibility

To be eligible to register and maintain an Account on NxToto, you must satisfy all of the following conditions at the time of registration and on a continuing basis throughout your use of the Platform:

1. You are at least 21 years of age. NxToto strictly enforces this minimum age requirement and will request documentary verification at any time.
2. You are accessing the Platform from a jurisdiction in which online gambling is not prohibited by applicable law. It is your sole responsibility to ensure that your use of NxToto complies with the laws of your jurisdiction.
3. You are acting on your own behalf, not as an agent, nominee, or representative of any third party.
4. You are not a current or former employee, director, officer, contractor, or close associate of NxToto or any affiliated company.
5. You have not previously been subject to self-exclusion or involuntary exclusion from NxToto or from any other gambling platform in a manner that remains in effect.
6. You have full legal capacity to enter into a binding contract.

04 Account Registration

Each individual is permitted to hold one Account only. Opening, operating, or benefiting from more than one Account — whether in your own name, under an alias, or through a third party — constitutes a breach of these Terms and will result in the suspension of all associated Accounts and the forfeiture of all balances therein.

4.1 Registration Information

You are required to provide accurate, complete, and up-to-date information during registration, including your legal full name, date of birth, residential address, contact number, and email address. You are obliged to notify NxToto promptly of any changes to your registered details.

4.2 KYC Verification

NxToto may at any time request supporting documentation to verify your identity, age, address, or payment method. Acceptable documents include a valid Malaysian national identity card (MyKad), passport, recent utility bill, or bank statement. Failure to provide requested documentation within the stipulated timeframe may result in the suspension of withdrawal privileges or Account termination.

4.3 Account Security

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your username and password. NxToto staff will never request your password under any circumstances. You agree to notify our support team immediately upon becoming aware of any unauthorized access to or use of your Account. NxToto accepts no liability for losses arising from unauthorized access attributable to your failure to safeguard your credentials.

05 Deposits & Withdrawals

5.1 Accepted Payment Methods

NxToto processes all Transactions in Malaysian Ringgit (MYR). Accepted payment methods include Touch 'n Go eWallet, Boost, GrabPay, DuitNow, FPX, and direct bank transfers via Maybank, CIMB, Public Bank, Hong Leong, and RHB. The minimum deposit amount is RM30. NxToto does not charge Transaction fees; however, your payment provider may apply their own charges independently.

5.2 Withdrawal Conditions

The minimum withdrawal amount is RM50. Withdrawals are processed to the same payment method used for the corresponding deposit wherever technically possible. NxToto reserves the right to request KYC documentation before processing any withdrawal. Estimated withdrawal processing times are as follows:

• Touch 'n Go eWallet, Boost, GrabPay: typically under 5 minutes.
• DuitNow / FPX: typically 5–15 minutes.
• Direct bank transfer: typically 15–60 minutes.

These estimates are not guaranteed and may vary depending on bank processing schedules, public holidays, or system maintenance periods. NxToto targets processing all withdrawals within 24 hours of the withdrawal request being submitted.

5.3 Anti-Money Laundering

NxToto complies with applicable anti-money laundering (AML) obligations. Deposits must originate from payment accounts held in your own name. NxToto reserves the right to refuse or reverse any Transaction that it suspects, in its sole discretion, may be connected to illegal activity, fraud, or money laundering.

06 Bonus & Promotions Policy

NxToto offers various bonuses and promotional offers to eligible registered users. All bonuses are subject to the specific terms published alongside each promotion, which supplement but do not replace these general provisions.

6.1 Wagering Requirements

Bonus Funds must be wagered a specified number of times (the Wagering Requirement) before any winnings derived from those funds become withdrawable. For example, a Wagering Requirement of x15 means that a bonus of RM100 must generate a total of RM1,500 in qualifying bets before withdrawal eligibility is triggered. Wagering requirements vary by promotion and are stated clearly on the respective promotion page.

6.2 Maximum Bet During Bonus Play

While Bonus Funds remain active in your Account, the maximum permitted bet per round or spin is MYR 250 unless the specific promotion terms state otherwise. Bets placed in excess of this limit while Bonus Funds are active may result in the forfeiture of Bonus Funds and any associated winnings.

6.3 Game Contribution

Different game categories contribute at different rates toward clearing Wagering Requirements. Slot games typically contribute 100%. Live casino and table games (baccarat, blackjack, roulette) typically contribute 10–20%. Specific contribution rates are published on the bonus terms page for each promotion.

6.4 Bonus Expiry

Unclaimed bonuses and active Bonus Funds that are not wagered within the promotional expiry period (typically 7, 14, or 30 days from the date of credit, as specified per promotion) will be automatically forfeited without further notice.

6.5 Bonus Abuse

NxToto actively monitors for bonus abuse, including but not limited to: use of multiple accounts to claim the same promotion, arbitrage betting strategies designed to reduce betting risk while fulfilling wagering requirements, and coordinated collusion between users. Any account found to be engaging in bonus abuse will be subject to bonus forfeiture and may be subject to Account suspension.

07 Betting & Gaming Rules

All betting and gaming activity on NxToto is governed by the specific rules applicable to each game or market, which are accessible within the relevant game or betting interface. The following general provisions apply across all products:

• All bets are final once confirmed. NxToto does not accept cancellation requests for confirmed wagers except where the underlying event is cancelled or voided.
• In the event of a technical fault occurring during a game round or wager settlement, NxToto reserves the right to void the affected round and return the wagered amount to the User's Account.
• Odds quoted on sports markets, including Liga Super Malaysia, English Premier League (EPL), La Liga, UFC, and all other covered markets, are subject to change up until the time the bet is confirmed.
• NxToto reserves the right to impose maximum win limits per bet or per day. These limits are stated within the relevant product interface.
• In the event of a dispute regarding the outcome of any bet or game round, the records held by NxToto's system shall be considered the authoritative record. The decision of NxToto management on any disputed matter is final.

08 Prohibited Conduct

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the NxToto Platform:

• Registering or operating more than one Account.
• Providing false, misleading, or fraudulent registration information.
• Using the Platform for any unlawful purpose, including money laundering or fraud.
• Exploiting software errors, glitches, or vulnerabilities in any game or system.
• Using automated software, bots, scripts, or artificial intelligence to interact with the Platform in a manner not intended for human users.
• Colluding with other users to gain an unfair advantage.
• Engaging in any form of match-fixing or manipulation of outcomes on which bets are placed.
• Allowing, assisting, or encouraging any person under 21 years of age to access or use the Platform or your Account.
• Charging-back or reversing any valid deposit transaction.

09 Responsible Gambling

NxToto is committed to promoting responsible gambling. Gambling is provided as a form of entertainment and should never be viewed as a means of generating income or resolving financial difficulties. NxToto provides the following responsible gambling tools, all accessible from your Account settings:

• Deposit Limits — daily, weekly, and monthly caps on the total amount you may deposit.
• Loss Limits — daily, weekly, and monthly caps on the total amount you may lose.
• Session Time Reminders — alerts notifying you of the duration of your active session.
• Self-Exclusion — voluntary temporary or permanent exclusion from the Platform, effective within 24 hours of request and irrevocable for the chosen duration.

10 Intellectual Property

All content on the NxToto Platform, including but not limited to the NxToto name, logo, graphical elements, software, game content, text, and data ("Content"), is the exclusive property of NxToto or its licensed content providers and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the Platform solely for personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes in accordance with these Terms. You may not copy, reproduce, distribute, modify, create derivative works from, publicly display, or otherwise exploit any Content without the prior written consent of NxToto.

11 Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, NxToto's total liability to you in connection with your use of the Platform shall not exceed the total amount of funds deposited into your Account in the 30-day period immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

NxToto shall not be liable for:

• Any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive losses or damages.
• Loss of profits, revenue, data, or goodwill.
• Losses arising from interruption, suspension, or termination of the Platform.
• Losses arising from your failure to comply with these Terms.
• Losses attributable to circumstances beyond NxToto's reasonable control, including force majeure events, network failures, or acts of government.

12 Account Suspension & Termination

NxToto reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or terminate your Account at any time, with or without prior notice, in circumstances including but not limited to: breach of these Terms, suspicion of fraud or money laundering, provision of false registration information, or determination that you are located in a Restricted Jurisdiction.

Upon termination for cause, any Real Money Balance remaining in your Account after deduction of any amounts owed to NxToto or subject to chargeback proceedings will be returned to you via your registered payment method within a reasonable timeframe, subject to completed KYC verification. Bonus Funds and associated winnings will be forfeited upon termination for breach of these Terms.

You may close your Account voluntarily at any time by contacting our support team. Closure requests will be processed within 5 business days. Any Real Money Balance remaining at the time of voluntary closure will be paid out to your registered payment method after KYC verification is confirmed.

13 Amendments to Terms

NxToto reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms at any time. Where changes are material, NxToto will provide notice via a prominent announcement on the Platform and, where reasonably practicable, by email to your registered address.

The effective date of any amendment will be stated at the top of the revised Terms. Your continued use of the Platform after the effective date constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not agree with any amendment, you should close your Account prior to the effective date of the relevant change.

14 Governing Law & Dispute Resolution

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with applicable laws. In the event of any dispute arising out of or in connection with these Terms or your use of the Platform, you agree to first contact NxToto's support team to attempt resolution through good-faith negotiation. NxToto aims to resolve all complaints within 14 business days of formal submission.

Where a dispute cannot be resolved through internal processes, the parties agree to submit to the jurisdiction of the competent courts or dispute resolution bodies as determined by the applicable regulatory framework under which NxToto operates.
